Our Simple Five-Step Process
Step 1: Use our instant estimate
Find out how much it is going to cost you to print your book, INSTANTLY, then click on SEND and sign-in (by doing this you will get a copy of the estimate sent to you, and one of our friendly sales consultants will call you by the end of one business day to see if you need any help with your project).
Step 2: Download the Word Wizard (for a small charge)
The Word Wizard will enable you take your MS Word manuscript; convert it into a book format (with a preface, table of contents, chapters, etc., etc).
Step 3: Design Your Cover: Use one of our online Cover Templates or our Design Center
Create a simple cover using one of our Templates, have us Design a cover or upload your own cover using one of our online forms.
Step 4: Order Your book
Once you have the cover and text designed and flowed into pages, click on the Order Icon on the home page, sign in and follow the instructions. Then call 1-800-292-4187 and we will help you complete the order process and payment.
Step 5: Your Job Goes into Production
During this process, one of our representatives will be in touch with you to go over your project. Our representative will review the files and offer suggestions should we see anything we think you might want to change, and then confirm the price with you. If you are ready to move forward, a 50% deposit is required and we accept Visa, MC and Discover. Next you will see is a proof (normally ships within 2-3 working days of the down payment). Upon approval of the proof our goal is to print and ship your book within ten-fifteen working days. Shorter turnaround times are available with a slight rush charge applicable.
Delivery, Payment, Shipping, Etc...
Standard Turn Times:
Our goal is to produce digitally printed books at our standard turnaround time within ten-to-fifteen working days once files are approved. Any digitally printed book order that requires a delivery time of less than ten (10) working days from approval of the proof is deemed to be a rush order and rush charges will apply.
Payment:
50% is due with the order and the balance when the job is ready to ship. We accept MasterCard, VISA, and Discover. Checks must clear before shipment. Payment for the shipping must be paid in full at the time of shipment also!
Shipping:
All our prices are FOB our dock; therefore all shipping charges are extra. We normally ship using UPS Ground, however, FedEx, US Mail or by truck deliveries are available. We charge a $5.95 handling fee on shipping, so all prices for shipping are at our cost plus $5.95 per shipment...
Proofs:
Our standard price includes a bound proof – using a special proofing binding process. We normally ship the first proof using ground delivery. (Next day or second day services are available, however remember all shipping costs are added to the final cost of the job).
Changes / Customer Alts:
If you require us to make minor changes to your files we charge $75.00 per hour to do so, plus any output proofing costs. If you make changes yourself and supply a new file we require you to approve a new proof. A new Proof costs $50.00! We do not print anything that has not been proofed and approved.
